This Performance/Dance Fitness class will utilize up-lifting, athletic and percussive pound moves. Pound is a drumming for exercise experience that brings out your inner rock star while buring calories through a sustained cardio work out. Sticks provided. Please bring a yoga mat. Jesse Horn and Ashley Serebrenik are the instructors for the class.
